Seizures, Epilepsy
If your child has seizures, Epilepsy or convulsions we want to help keep them safe while they are at school. Please contact the School Nurse to talk about your child's condition and treatment.
All students who have seizures should have a Seizure Action Plan completed by their neurologist or pediatrician and their parent(s).
Students who need to take medication for their seizures while at school also need a Medication Authorization signed by the physician and parent.
