If your child has been diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1 contact the School Nurse right away so we can develop a plan to keep your child safe and healthy while at school. We will create a plan that will include your child's teacher, dietary services, the School Nurse and other appropriate school staff to help your child have the needed support to take care of his or her diabetes needs.
